TOW – 28th Aunnual Grapestomp & Harvest Festival – August 19

We celebrate harvest with our annual GRAPESTOMP party at Fall Creek winery in Tow. This two weekend affair includes a slew of fun activities to honor the bountiful season. Sign up for a Boat Cruise on Lake Buchanan to see our namesake waterfalls, a delicious lunch on our patio, or a barrel tasting with our Winemaker, Sergio Cuadra in the winery. Throughout the day, stomp some grapes, enjoy the grounds, play bocce ball, get jumpy in the bounce house, or sip your favorite Fall Creek wine next to the vineyards.

Boat Cruise to Fall Creek Falls

Join us for a scenic, relaxing and fascinating boat cruise beautiful Lake Buchanan to the stunning 90′ Fall Creek Falls. FCV co-owner Ed Auler will lead guests on a captivating narrated history of Fall Creek Ranch which has been in the Auler Family since 1920s, along with story of the area’s original inhabitants more than 10,000 years ago.

Celebrity Chef Lunch

An extraordinary two-course celebrity chef lunch and short-demo will be offered by Jay Hunter, executive chef at the legendary AAA four-diamond Horseshoe Bay Resort in Marble Falls (menu coming soon). Chef Jay’s career highlights include the world-renowned Pinehurst Golf Resort and Spa, the Orchid at Mauna Lai in Hawaii, opening of the Omni Rosen Centre, a 1350-room AAA Four-Diamond property, located in Orlando, Florida, the Arizona Grand Resort in Phoenix, Arizona, and the historic Four-Diamond Wigwam Resort. Chef Hunter’s dazzling lunch courses will be expertly paired with two glasses of award-winning Fall Creek Vineyards wines.

Lunch promptly at 12pm
$26.95 per person (all inclusive)


Casual patio lunches will be served from 11:30 – 3:00.

Portobello Sandwich – Marinated Portobello Mushrooms Griddled with Sweet Peppers, Onions and Tomatoes on a Bolillo Bun

EB’s Famous Texas Nachos – House-Made Corn Tortilla Chips topped with EB’s own Texas Chili, Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese, Cilantro Crema and Sliced Jalapeno Peppers

Dive into winemaking for a day with Fall Creek Vineyards winemaker Sergio Cuadra, who is offering an exclusive behind-the-scenes sneak peek of the winery for you at busiest time of the year…Harvest TIME!
We’ll taste fermenting juices, just-made wines, and go over the maze of decisions that need to be made at harvest time and throughout the rest of the year. Learn the secrets of great winemaking first-hand!

2:30pm, both Saturdays of Grapestomp, August 19th, Barrel Room
